Quality policy

Texa’s quality policy is based of the satisfaction of its Clients, be they small end user firms, OEM companies or large users.

Texa S.p.A.’s foremost aspiration is to acquire their appreciation and, by accompanying them in their growth, with the guarantee of a long professional pathway based on quality, reliability and mutual trust, to become their most valued partner.

In order to achieve this goal, Texa S.p.A. has identified the following critical success factors and has decided to pursue them with commitment and determination:

For products and services:
- Satisfaction of Clients’ needs and expectations;
- Observance of all applicable laws, directives and regulations;
- Ongoing upgrade of functional and performance characteristics and of the product range;
- Ongoing improvement of the functionality and reliability of products;
- Uniform, coherent behaviour and graphics style.

For human resources:
- Development of company know-how;
- Satisfaction, motivation and involvement of staff;
- Awareness of role, responsibility and targets of each one;
- Attention to interpersonal relations.

For infrastructures and workplaces
- Work spaces, equipment and technologies developed in respect of the requirements of the interested parties, the compulsory requisites and environmental protection;
- Update and maintenance of measurement devices and instruments;
- Safety and comfort in workplaces.

For company processes and the organisation system:
- Implementation of the most innovative process government models;
- Adequacy of processes to suit internal and external client needs;
- Efficacy and efficiency of all company activities;
- Strategic integration with Suppliers;
- Punctual and efficient communication on all levels;
- Ongoing improvement of the system through analysis processes and improvement plan implementation.

With regard to the aforesaid critical success factors and commitment to pursuing them, by sharing its quality assurance principles inspired by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 regulations, Texa S.p.A. has decided to make available the necessary resources in terms of staff and resources in order to implement a Quality Assurance System that complies with the requisites of the aforesaid regulation and achieve certification by an accredited body.

The aforesaid quality assurance system will include:
- the definition of objectives for product quality and processes for the relevant levels of the Organisation;
- measurement and monitoring of the achievement of the same through a system of indicators;
- the analysis of the results and definition of the most suitable standardisation or improvement actions.

With regard to the action taken these Quality Policy and Quality Objectives will be periodically re-examined in order to ensure their continuous suitability.

The Policy, Objectives and results obtained by the system, are diffused throughout the Company and toward the exterior, to Clients and all other interested Parties.
