HÖCHSTE PRÄZISION
KONFORT 770S weist exklusive technische Lösungen auf, unter Einhaltung der von den deutschen Fahrzeugherstellern geforderten Spezifikationen hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistung entsprechend den neuen CEE-Richtlinien für Kältemittel.
KONFORT 770S wurde aufgenommen in die Exzellenz italienischen Designs, in den renommierten ADI Design Index 2012, der jährliche Veröffentlichung der Gesellschaft für Industriedesign (ADI).
Der Innenraum wurde so entworfen, dass ein müheloser Zugang für Wartungsarbeiten wie Ölwechsel oder Wechsel des Hauptfilters gewährleistet wird. Der Kältemitteltank ist auf einer robusten elektronischen Waage angebracht, mit einem Sicherheitssystem das Veränderungen der Kalibrierung während des Transports verhindert.
KONFORT 770S ist mit einem automatischen System zur Leckkontrolle ausgestattet, kombiniert mit Manometern mit Zertifizierung gemäß EN837 Klasse 1, die eine sehr hohe Präzision gewährleisten. Die Genauigkeit der Kältemittelwaage ist außerordentlich hoch und gewährleistet einen max. Wiegefehler von ± 15 g.
SPEZIFISCHE LÖSUNGEN SERIENMÄßIG
HERMETISCH GESCHLOSSENE UND WIEDERBEFÜLLBARE ÖLBEHÄLTER
Standard oil bottles are not hermetically sealed, they always contain a percentage of air. The water molecules in the air bind with the oil and contaminate it. TEXA’s solution was
to create special containers which prevent the oil from becoming contaminated by air and humidity, which have been patented. These special bottles can be re-used thanks to a special system which removes the air from the bottle.
REINIGUNG DER HYDRAULISCHEN LEITUNGEN
In order to guarantee safety and efficiency, it is important that each type of oil and refrigerant are not cross contaminated. TEXA have therefore developed a special automatic flushing function to clean the internal circuits of the service station.
AUTOMATISCHE BEHÄLTERERKENNUNG
With the introduction of new vehicles, particularly electric and hybrid vehicles, new oils have been introduced for these applications. The correct oil type must be used relating to the air conditioning system to be serviced (eg PAG or POE). It is potentially damaging and dangerous to inject non-compatible oils into the system, so the operator must take care to avoid mistakes. TEXA has developed an automatic oil bottle recognition system which, by comparing the data contained in the vehicles database, signals if the incorrect bottle is in use.
FAN PROTECTION SYSTEM
The new R1234yf refrigerant has been classified as being ‘highly flammable’ and this must be acknowledged by the operator. The KONFORT 700 series adopts a high efficiency redundant fan system to eliminate any possible refrigerant build up within the unit.
AUTOMATISCHE LECKKONTROLLE
The KONFORT 700 range charging stations automatically carry out a double check for possible gas leaks from the tanks. All safety related operations take place automatically in order to eliminate errors.
THERMODRUCKER
It is possible to install a very useful thermal printer, to generate at any time an accurate report of all the operations performed.
KIT KÄLTEMITTEL-ANALYSEGERÄT
TEXA’s refrigerant identification system is based on NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) technology and has been developed on the basis of a decade of experience in the production of exhaust gas analysis systems that are recognised as the best the market can offer in terms of accuracy and build quality.
TEXA is the only European company and the second worldwide to develop and produce a refrigerant identification kit especially for air conditioning recharge stations.
Special care has been taken to ensure that test results cannot be influenced by the surrounding environment, e.g. by the airborne hydrocarbon vapours and exhaust gases so often present in the garage environment.
Development of the system took over a year. Particular attention was paid to the algorithms that identify refrigerant types R134a and R1234yf. The TEXA system not only identifies these two refrigerants but ensures their purity too.
NOTAUSTASTE
As far as safety is concerned, as soon as the service station is opened for inspection; a micro-switch system automatically locks electrical components.
An emergency stop button has been added to the control panel which turns the machine off stopping all processes in progress. The entire upper console can be turned in order to be viewed, without having to move the whole service station (not-available in the German market).
The components used such as the innovative recovery group have exceptional features and they guarantee refrigerant recovery of over 95%.
SYSTEMSOFTWARE
Das Betriebssystem von TEXA basiert auf den strengsten Normen in Bezug auf die Genauigkeit und Reinheit.
Eventuelle Störungen oder Meldungen werden über detaillierte Fehlermeldungen angezeigt. Die TEXA-Software steuert die gesamten Prozesse und erreicht so eine bislang nicht gekannte Genauigkeit.
Die automatische Betriebsweise erlaubt es dem Anwender vor allem auch komplexe Anlagen zu warten, wie sie z.B. an den neuen Hybridfahrzeugen vorzufinden sind. Der herausnehmbare Datenspeicher (SD-Karte), der bei allen Modellen verfügbar ist, kann mit jedem handelsüblichen Windows-PC kommunizieren, z.B. zur Aktualisierung der Marken und Modelle in der Fahrzeugdatenbank, zur Dokumentation und Archivierung aller durchgeführten Serviceeinsätze sowie für eventuelle Updates der Gerätesoftware.

Der Formiergaskoffer, der im Lieferumfang des Formiergaswagens TTF 700 enthalten ist, kann auch separat erworben werden, um die KONFORT Klimaservicegeräte (760R, 760R BUS, 770S, 780R und 744) bei der Lecksuche zu unterstützen.

REC+
REC+ ist die neue, von TEXA patentierte Lösung zur Rückgewinnung von kontaminierten Kältemitteln aus Fahrzeugklimaanlagen.
Das Gerät wird mit den vollautomatischen Modellen der Linie KONFORT (780 TOUCH, 760 TOUCH, 760 BUS TOUCH, 720 TOUCH, 707R, 760R, 760R BUS und 780R BI-GAS) kombiniert und garantiert eine absolut sichere Evakuierung aller Kältemittel. REC+ wurde für den einfachen Transport innerhalb der Werkstatt konzipiert und erfüllt die technischen Leistungs- und Sicherheitsanforderungen der wichtigsten Automobilhersteller. Es ermöglicht die Rückgewinnung von bis zu 95% des in der Anlage enthaltenen Kältemittels. Ein in die Software der KONFORT-Stationen integrierter automatischer Ablauf erleichtert die Durchführung der notwendigen Arbeitsschritte erheblich. Nach Abschluss der Rückgewinnung kann das kontaminierte Kältemittel in einen Tank abgelassen und entsorgt werden
SPÜLKIT
Das Spülen ist ein mechanischer Vorgang, mit dem alle Leitungen und Bauteile einer Fahrzeugklimaanlage gereinigt werden können. Dieses Kit besteht aus:
• Zusatztank mit einer Kapazität von 6 Litern und Verschmutzungsanzeige;
• Edelstahlfilter, zur Reinigung leicht austauschbar;
• Schlauchleitungen mit hohem Durchfluss mit Innendurchmesser 5 mm;
• Koffer mit einer vollständigen Serie an Universaladaptern (über 60 Teile).
VDC KIT
TEXA hat ein VDC-Interface (Variable Displacement Compressor) entwickelt, mit dem Fehler in Klimaanlagen mit Kompressoren mit variablem Hubraum aufgefunden werden können.
Das VDC erkennt das vom elektronischen Steuergerät der Klimaanlage kommende Signal und reproduziert dieses in Funktion der gewünschten Kompressorleistung, somit kann ein vollständiger un genauer Test der Anlage durchgeführt werden.
